1. This present contempt case has been filed for drawing a contempt proceeding for willful and deliberate violation/disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 07.07.2025 in case No.WP(C) No337 of 2025.

2. When the case is called, learned counsels for both the parties are present as well as the contemnor herein.

3. Since it is represented by both sides that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with, nothing remains for adjudication in this present contempt case.

4. Accordingly, this present contempt case stands closed and the personal appearance of the contemnor herein is dispensed with.
