1. RP has been filed with a delay of 311 days as per the calculation made by the Registry. Although the reasons for delay are not found convincing, in the interest of justice, delay is condoned and the case is taken up on merits.
2. Heard counsel for the petitioner. After initial arguments, counsel for the petitioner, on instruction from his client, submitted that considering that the amount involved as per the order of the lower fora is small and with a view to give quietus to the litigation, they are willing to implement the order of the lower fora provided it is not cited as a precedent.
3. Above submission of the petitioner is recorded and accordingly, the Revision Petition is disposed of with directions to the petitioner to implement the order of the lower fora within 30 days from today. It is made clear that this order is passed without going into the merits of the case in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the above stated submission of the petitioner, and hence this shall not be cited as a precedent in any case.

5. Registry of NCDRC is directed to send a copy of this order (free certified copy) to both sides, in particular the Respondent, on the address given in the Memo of Parties, within a maximum period of one week from the date of this order.
