(Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st to 3rd respondents to consider petitioner’s representation, dated 12.01.2026 and issue patta in petitioner’s favour.)
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to issue gramanatham patta in favour of the petitioner for the property more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition based on the petitioner’s representation, dated 12.01.2016 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the third respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation, dated 12.01.2016, as referred to supra, on merits and in accordance with law after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation, dated 12.01.2026.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representation, dated 12.01.2016 seeking for issuance of gramanatham patta in the name of the petitioner for the property more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
