1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction for expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.98 of 2022 pending on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sangareddy.

2. Heard Mr. P. Padma Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Ms. Nikita Goenka, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. Perused the material available on record.

3. The suit in O.S.No.98 of 2022 was filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff directing defendant Nos.1 and 2 to cancel the sale deed of defendant No.3 with mutual consent and to execute a sale deed in favour of the plaintiff in respect of the suit schedule property by receiving the balance sale consideration of Rs.60,00,000/- and if defendant fails to execute the sale deed, the Court may itself execute the sale deed on their behalf by permitting the plaintiff to deposit the balance sale consideration amount into Court for accomplishment of agreement of sale, dated 07.07.2021. Further to declare the registered sale deed bearing Doc.No.10419/2021, dated 22.12.2021 executed by the defendant Nos.1 and 2 in favour of defendant No.3 as null and void and not binding on the plaintiff.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this Civil Revision Petition may be disposed of by directing the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.98 of 2022 expeditiously, since respondents/defendant Nos.2 and 3 have been protracting the suit without any representation.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents did not oppose the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sangareddy, to dispose of O.S.No.98 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
