1. The Application being IA No. 4513 of 2026 has been moved praying that in the Execution Petition No. 219 of 2025 before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Maharashtra, and after complying with the directions of the Order impugned herein in Consumer Complaint No. 895 of 2017, the entire amount of Rs.2,73,277/- has been tendered and paid to the Respondents through demand drafts. This fact has been stated in Paragraph No.-4 of the Application.

2. In view of the satisfaction of the decree, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the present Appeal may be consigned as no further orders are required keeping in view the aforesaid facts.

3. Learned Counsel for Respondent No.-1 to 3 is present. The Application IA No. 4513 of 2026 is allowed.

4. The Appeal is accordingly consigned.
