An Act to repeal the Amarkantak Township Development Board Act, 1952
Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Twenty seventh year of the Republic of India as follows :
1. Short title. - This Act may be called The Madhya Pradesh Amarkantak Nagar Vikas Mandal (Nirsan) Adhiniyam, 1976.
2. Repeal. - The Madhya Pradesh Amarkantak Nagrik Vikas Mandal (Nirsan) Adhyadesh, 1975 (No. 18 of 1975) is hereby repealed. |
