The M.P. Land Utilisation Laws Repealing Act, 1961 M.P. Act No. 28 of 1961 Received the assent of the Governor on 27-9-1961; assent first published in the "Madhya Pradesh Gazette" Extraordinary on 3-10-1961. An Act to repeal certain enactments in force in the State. But it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Twelfth Year of the Republic of India as follows :- 1. Short title. - This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Land Utilisation Laws Repealing Act, 1961. 2. Repeal of certain enactments. - The enactments specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed.
