THE CRIMINAL LAW AMENDMENTS (MADHYA PRADESH AMENDMENT) ACT, 1967
M.P. ACT NO. 10 OF 1967
An Act to amend the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932 in its application to the State of Madhya Pradesh.
Be in enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Eighteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1. Short title. - This Act may be called the Criminal Law Amendment (Madhya Pradesh Amendment) Act, 1967.
2. Amendment of Section 1. - For sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932 (23 of 1932) in its application to the State of Madhya Pradesh, the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:-
"(2) It extends to the whole of India except the territories which, immediately before the 1st November, 1956, were comprised in Part B States other than the Madhya Bharat and Sironj Regions of the State of Madhya Pradesh."
3. Repeal. - The Criminal Law Amendment (Madhya Pradesh Amendment) Ordinance, 1966 (No. 16 of 1966) is hereby repealed. |
