THE RAJASTHAN SOCIAL EDUCATION BOARD (REPEAL) ACT, 1982 NO. 12 OF 1982 [Received the assent of the Governor on the 20th day of September, 1982; Assent published in Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary part IV-A, dated 21-9-1982, page 15] An Act to provide for the repeal of the Rajasthan Social Education Board Act, 1961. Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Thirty-Third Year of the Republic of India, as follows:- 1. Short title and commencement. - (1) This Act ma be called the Rajasthan Social Education Board (Repeal) Act, 1982. (2) It shall come into force at once. 2. Repeal of Rajasthan Act No. 22 of 1961. - The Rajasthan Social Education Board Act, 1961 (Rajasthan Act No. 22 of 1961) is hereby repealed. |
