ANNAMALAI UNIVERSITY (AMENDMENT) REPEAL ACT, 2017 ACT No. 11 OF 2017 An Act to repeal the Annamalai University (Amendment) Act, 2012. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu in the Sixty-eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows : - 1. (1) This Act may be called the Annamalai University (Amendment) Repeal Act, 2017. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 8th day of October 2015. 2. The Annamalai University (Amendment) Act, 2012 is hereby repealed. |
