An Act to repeal the Lepers Act, 1898, in its application to West Bengal.
Whereas it is expedient to repeal the Lepers Act, 1898, in its application to West Bengal;
It is hereby enacted as follows :-
1. Short title. - This Act may be called the Lepers (West Bengal Repealing) Act, 1985.
2. Repeal of Act 3 of 1898. - The Lepers Act, 1898, in its application to West Bengal, is hereby repealed. |
