THE SUGAR CESS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015

An Act further to amend the Sugar Cess Act, 1982.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
Short title and commencement.
1. (1) This Act may be called the Sugar Cess (Amendment) Act, 2015.
(2) It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
Amendment of section 3 of Act 3 of 1982.
2. In the Sugar Cess Act, 1982, in section 3, in sub-section (1), for the words “twenty-five rupees”, the words “two hundred rupees” shall be substituted.
CORRIGENDA
In the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (2 of 2016), as published in a Gazette of India, Extraodinary, Part II, Section 1, issue No. 2, dated the 1st January, 2016,—
(a) at page 13, line 20, for “applealable”, read “appealable”;
(b) at page 22,—
(i) in line 39, for “protection of children”, read “protection or children”;
(ii) in line 44, for “fulfill”, read “fulfil”;
(c) at page 40, line 29, for “clause (18)”, read “clause (17)”. |
