TAMIL NADU FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015 ACT No. 6 of 2015 An Act further to amend the Tamil Nadu Fiscal Responsibility Act, 2003. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:— 1. (1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Fiscal Responsibility (Amendment) Act, 2015. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint. 2. In section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Fiscal Responsibility Act, 2003, in sub-section (2), in clause (a), for the expression “not exceeding five per cent by 31st March 2011, eliminate revenue deficit by 2011-2012”, the expression “not exceeding five per cent by 31st March 2016, eliminate revenue deficit by 2016-2017” shall be substituted. |
