THE KARNATAKA SAKALA SERVICES ACT, 2011

(AMENDMENT TO SCHEDULE)

NOTIFICATION

No.DPAR 111 Naseka 2015, Bengaluru, dated 23rd June, 2015 Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary No.819, dated 9-7-2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Karnataka Sakala Services Act, 2011 and (Amendment) Act, 2014, and Section 21 of the Mysore Geneal Clauses Act, 1899 (Mysore Act III of 1899), Government of Karnataka hereby amends the Schedule to the said Act, as specified below:

1. Under the Heading “4 – Revenue Department”, after the 48th Service sub-heading “1 – Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Department” Services and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely. -
