In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Karnataka Lokayukta (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Karnataka Act 35 of 2015), the Government of Karnataka hereby appoints that all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force with immediate effect. |
