THE PUNJAB SCHEDULED ROADS AND CONTROLLED AREAS RESTRICTION OF UNREGULATED DEVELOPMENT (HARYANA AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010
An Act further to amend the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963, in its application to the State of Haryana.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Sixty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development (Haryana Amendment) Act, 2010.
Amendment of section 8 of Haryana Act 41 of 1963.
2. In sub-section (4) of section 8 of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963, -
(i) in the proviso, for the sign „.‟, existing at the end, the sign „:‟ shall be substituted; and
(ii) the following proviso shall be added at the end, namely:-
“Provided further that in case of application made for change of land use for industrial purpose and orders are to be passed by the Director, the time limit for granting permission shall be two months.”. |
