SAURASHTRA RENT CONTROL (GUJARAT AMENDMENT, ACT, 1962
GUJARAT ACT NO. XXXVI OF 1962.
(First published, after having received the assent of the President in the “Gujarat Government Gazette” on the 29th December 1962.)
An Act further to amend the Saurashtra Rent Control Act, 1951.
It is hereby enacted in the Thirteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Saurashtra Rent Control (Gujarat Amendment, Act, 1962.
Amendment of section 3 of Sau. Act XXII of 1951.
2. In section 3 of the Saurashtra Rent Control Act, 1951, in sub-section (1) for the figures “1961” the figures “1964” shall be substituted. |
