INLAND STEAM-VESSELS (GUJARAT AMENDMENT) ACT, 1961
GUJARAT ACT No. XV OF 1961
(First published, after having received the assent of the President in the “ Gujarat Government Gazette” on the 4th May 1961.
An Act further to amend the Inland Steam-vessels Act, 1917, in its application to the State of Gujarat.
It is hereby enacted in the Twelfth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Short title.
This Act may be called the Inland Steam-vessels (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1961.
Amendment of section 22 of Act I of 1917.
2. In section 22 of the Inland Steam-vessels Act, 1971, in sub-section (1), after the words and figures “first day of April, 1891” the words and figures, “or, in any part of the Saurashtra and Kutch areas of the State of Gujarat, for a period of three years before the first day November 1956, “shall be inserted. |
