BOMBAY PRIMARY EDUCATION (GUJARAT SECOND AMENDMENT) ACT, 1963
GUJARAT ACT NO. LV OF 1963.
(First published, after having received the assent of the Governor in the “Gujarat Government Gazette” on the 31st December 1963).
An Act further to amend the Bombay Primary Education Act, 1947.
It is hereby enacted in the Fourteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Bombay Primary Education (Gujarat Second Amendment) Act, 1963. _
Amendment of section 59 A of Bom. LXI of 1947.
2. In section 59A of the Bombay Primary Education Act, 1947, in section (3), for the figures, letters and words “31st day of December 1963” the figures, letters and words “31st day of December 1964” shall be substituted. |
