BOMBAY LAND REQUISITION (GUJARAT EXTENSION OF DURATION) ACT, 1972
GUJARAT ACT NO. 28 OF 1972.
(First published after having received the assent of the President in the “Gujarat Government Gazette” on the 20th December 1972.).
An Act further to extend the duration of the Bombay Land Requisition Act, 1948.
It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Bombay Land Requisition (Gujarat Extension of Duration) Act, 1972.
Amendment of section 3 of Bom. XXXIII of 1948.
2. In section 3 of the Bombay Land Requisition Act, 1948, in sub-section (1), for the word and figures "December 1972" the word and figures “December 1974” shall be substituted. |
