BOMBAY LAND REQUISITION (GUJARAT EXTENSION OF DURATION) ACT, 1970
GUJARAT ACT NO. 14 OF 1970.

An Act to extend the duration of the Bombay Land Requisition Act, 1948.
It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Bombay Land Requisition (Gujarat Extension of Duration) Act, 1970.
Amendment of Section 8 of Bom. XXXIII of 1948.
2. In section 3 of the Bombay Land Requisition Act, 1948, in sub-section (1), or the word and figures “December 1970” the word and figures “December 1972” shall be substituted. |
