BOMBAY LAND REQUISITION (GUJARAT EXTENSION OF DURATION) ACT, 1966

An Act to extend the duration of the Bombay Land Requisition Act, 1948.
It is hereby enacted in the Seventeenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Bombay Land Requisition (Gujarat Extension of Duration) Act, 1966.
Amendment of section 3 of Bom. XXXIII of 1948.
2. In section 3 of the Bombay Land Requisition Act, 1948, in sub-section (1), for the word and figures “December 1966” the word and figures “December 1970” shall be substituted. |
