BOMBAY NON-TRADING CORPORATIONS (GUJARAT AMENDMENT) ACT, 1980
GUJARAT ACT NO. 12 OF 1980.
(First published after having received the assent of the Governor in the “Gujarat Government Gazette” on the 3rd September, 1980.).
An Act further to amend the Bombay Non-Trading Corporations Act, 1959.
It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Bombay Non-Trading Corporations (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1980.

2. In the Bombay Non-Trading Corporations Act, 1959, in section 66, in sub-section (2), for the words “six annas” the words “one rupee” shall be substituted. |
