BOMBAY NON-TRADING CORPORATIONS (GUJARAT AMENDMENT) ACT, 1963
GUJARAT ACT NO. XXIII OF 1963.
[First published, after having received the assent of the Governor in the "Gujarat Government Gazette” on the 6th May 1963].
An Act further to amend the Bombay Non-trading Corporations Act, 1959.
It is hereby enacted in the Fourteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Bombay Non-trading Corporations (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1963.
Insertion new section 66A in Bom. XXVI of 1959.
2. In Chapter V of the Bombay Non-trading Corporations Act, 1959, after section 66 the following new section shall be and shall be deemed always to have been added, namely:—
Fees in respect of certain matters.
“66A. The prescribed fees shall be paid to the Registrar in respect of—
(a) the filing of any document with him,
(b) the registration or recording of any document by him,
(c) his making a record of or registering any fact, in pursuance of this Act.”. |
