BOMBAY MEDICAL (GUJARAT AMENDMENT) ACT, 1967
GUJARAT ACT NO. 4 OF 1967.
(First published, after having received the assent of the President in the “Gujarat Government Gazette” on the 29th April 1967).
An Act further to amend the Bombay Medical Act, 1912.
It is hereby enacted in the Eighteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Bombay Medical (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1967.

Amendment of section 2B of Bom. VI of 1912.
2. In section 2B of the Bombay Medical Act, 1912, in sub-section (4), for the words “six years” the words “seven years” shall be substituted. |
