BOMBAY MEDICAL (GUJARAT AMENDMENT) ACT, 1966

An Act further to amend the Bombay Medical Act, 1912.
It is hereby enacted in the Seventeenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Bombay Medical (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1966.

2. In section 2B of the Bombay Medical Act, 1912, in sub-section (4), for the words “five years” the words “six years” shall be substituted. |
