BOMBAY MEDICAL (GUJARAT AMENDMENT) ACT, 1963
GUJARAT ACT NO. XX OF 1963.
(First published, after having received the assent of the President in the “Gujarat Government Gazette” on the 29th April 1963).
An Act further to amend the Bombay Medical Act, 1912.
It is hereby enacted in the Fourteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Bombay Medical (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1963.

Amendment of Section 2B of Bom. VI of 1912,
2. In section 2B of the Bombay Medical Act, 1912, in sub-section (4), for the words beginning with the words "for a term" and ending with the words “by an order, appoint” the following shall be, and shall be deemed always to have been, substituted, namely:-
"for such term not exceeding five years in the aggregate from the date of their nomination as the State Government may from time to time be order determine.”. |
