GUJARAT OBSEQUIAL DINNERS (CONTROL) (REPEAL) ACT, 2005
GUJARAT ACT NO. 2 OF 2005.
(First published, after having received the assent of the Governor in the “Gujarat Government Gazette” on the 25th February, 2005).
An Act to repeal the Gujarat Obsequial Dinners (Control) Act, 1963.
It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Gujarat Obsequial Dinners (Control) (Repeal) Act, 2005.
Repeal.
Guj. 8 of 1964.
2. The Gujarat Obsequial Dinners (Control) Act, 1963 is hereby repealed. |
