BOMBAY RELIEF UNDERTAKINGS (SPECIAL PROVISIONS) (GUJARAT REPEAL) ACT, 2006
GUJARAT ACT NO. 20 OF 2006.
(First published, after having received the assent of the Governor in “Gujarat Government Gazette”, on the 31st March, 2006).
An Act to repeal the Bombay Relief Undertakings (Special Provisions) Act, 1958, in its application to the State of Gujarat.
It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Bombay Relief Undertakings (Special Provisions) (Gujarat Repeal) Act, 2006.
Repeal.
Bom. XCVI of 1958.
2. The Bombay Relief Undertakings (Special Provisions) Act, 1958, in its application to the State of Gujarat is hereby repealed. |
