BOMBAY RELIEF UNDERTAKINGS (SPECIAL PROVISIONS) (GUJARAT AMENDMENT) ACT, 1973
GUJARAT ACT NO. 1 OF 1974.

An Act further to amend the Bombay Relief undertakings (Special Provisions) Act, 1958.
It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
Short title and commencement.
1. (1) This Act may be called the Bombay Relief Undertakings (Special Provisions) (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1973.
(2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.

2. In sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Bombay Relief Undertakings (Special Provisions) Act, 1958, for the words “five years” the words “ten years" shall be substituted. |
