GUJARAT TRIBAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1995
GUJARAT ACT NO. 5 OP 1995
(Firist published, after having received the assent of the Governor in the “Gujarat Government Gazette" on the 4th July, 1995).
An Act further to amend the Gujarat Tribal Development Corporation Act, 1912.
It is hereby enacted in the Forty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows :—
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Gujarat Tribal Development Corporation (Amendment) Act, 1995.

2. In the Gujarat Tribal Development Corporation Act, 1972, in section 5, in sub-section (1), for the words “fifteen crores of rupees”, where they occur at three places, the words “twenty cores of rupee" shall be substituted. |
