BOMBAY CIVIL COURTS (GUJARAT AMENDMENT) ACT, 1982
GUJARAT ACT NO. 13 OF 1982.
(First published, after having received the assent of the President in the “Gujarat Government Gazette” on the 17th March, 1982).
An Act further to amend the Bombay Civil Courts Act, 1869.
It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Short title
1. This Act may be called the Bombay Civil Courts (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1982.

2. In the Bombay Civil Courts Act, 1869, in section 43, in the first paragraph, for the words “Sundays, New Year’s Day, Good Friday and Christmas Day” the word “Sundays” shall be substituted. |
