THE CONTINGENCY FUND OF THE UNION TERRITORY OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH (DETERMINATION OF AMOUNT) ACT, 1977 Act No.1 of 1977 An Act to determine the amount of the Contingency Fund of the Union Territory of Arunachal Pradesh. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh in the Twenty-eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- Short title. 1. This Act may be called the Contingency Fund of the Union Territory of Arunachal Pradesh (Determination of Amount) Act, 1977. Determination of Amount. 2. There shall be paid into the Contingency Fund of the Union Territory of Arunachal Pradesh a sum of Rupees ten lakhs from and out of the Consolidated Fund of Arunachal Pradesh. |
