THE ARUNACHAL PRADESH CONTROL OF ORGANISED CRIME REPEAL ACT, 2003 (ACT NO. 6 OF 2003) (Received the assent of the Governor on 16th September, 2003) An Act to repeal the Arunachal Pradesh Control of Organised Crime Act, 2002 BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arunachal Pradesh in the Fifty Fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- Short title. 1. This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Control of Organised Crime Repeal Act, 2003. Repeal of Arunachal Pradesh Control of Organised Crime Act, 2002. 2. The Arunachal Pradesh Control of Organised Crime Act, 2002. (Act. No. 5 of 2002) is hereby repealed. |
