THE TAMIL NADU STATE AGRICULTURAL COUNCIL (REPEAL) ACT, 2011 ACT No. 31 of 2011. An Act to Repeal the Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu in the Sixty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:— Short title and commencement 1. (1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council (Repeal) Act, 2011. (2) It shall come into force at once. Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2009 Repeal. 2. The Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009 is hereby repealed. |
