THE MADHYA PRADESH CIVIL COURTS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014
(NO. 16 OF 2014)
An Act further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1958.
Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislative in the Sixty-fifth year of the
Republic of India as follows.
1. Short title and commencement.
(1) This act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Civil Courts (Amendment) Act, 2014.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the official Gazettee.
2. Amendment of Section 6.
(2) In Section 6 of the Madhya Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1958 (No. 19 of 1958), in sub-section (1),-
(i) In clause (a), for the word and figures “Rupees 2,50,000”, the word and figures “Rupees 5,00,000” shall be substituted;
(ii) In clause (b), for the word and figures “Rupees 10,00,000”, the word and figures “Rupees 1,00,00,000” shall be substituted; |
