An Act Further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan, Bhatta Tatha Pension Adhiniyam, 1972.
Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Sixty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan, Bhatta Tatha Pension (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2010.
Amendment of Section 3.
2. In Section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan, Bhatta Tatha Pension Adhiniyam, 1972 (No. 7 of 1973) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), for the words “nine thousand rupees”, the words “ten thousand rupees” shall be substituted.
Amendment of Section 4.
3. In Section 4 of the Principal Act, for the words “twelve thousand rupees”, the words “sixteen thousand rupees” shall be substituted.
Amendment of Section 4-A.
4. In Section 4-A of the Principal Act, for the words “seven thousand rupees”, the words “ten thousand rupees” shall be substituted.
Amendment of Section 4-B.
5. In Section 4-B of the Principal Act, for the words “two thousand rupees”, the words “four thousand rupees” shall be substituted.
Substitution of Section 4-C.
6. For Section 4-C of the Principal Act, the following section shall be substituted, namely:-
Orderly allowance.
“4-C. There shall be paid to every member orderly allowance at the rate of five thousand rupees per mensem.”.
Substitution of Section 5.
7. For Section 5 of the Principal Act, the following section shall be substituted, namely:-
Bus Travelling Allowance.
“5. There shall be paid to every member Bus Travelling Allowance at the rate of two hundred fifty rupees per mensem.”.
Amendment of Section 6-A.
8. In sub-section (1) of Section 6-A of the Principal Act.-
(i) in the first paragraph, for the words “six thousand rupees”, the words “seven thousand rupees” shall be substituted.
(ii) in the first proviso, for the words “two hundred rupees”, the words “three hundred rupees” shall be substituted.
Amendment of Section 6-B.
9. In Section 6-B of the Principal Act, for the words “three thousand rupees”, the words “five thousand rupees” shall be substituted.
Amendment of Section 6-C.
10. In Section 6-C of the Principal Act, for the words “three thousand rupees”, the words “five thousand rupees” shall be substituted.
Amendment of Section 7.
11. In sub-section (1) of Section 7 of the Principal Act, for the words “three thousand rupees”, the words “five thousand rupees” shall be substituted. |
