An Act to make an amendment in the Chhattisgarh Industrial Relations Act, 1960 (No. 27 of 1960).
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Short title and Commencement.
1. (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Industrial Relations (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2002 (No. 29 of 2002).
(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Chhattisgarh Gazette.
Amendment in Section 9.
2. In Section 9 of the Chhattisgarh Industrial Relations Act, 1960 (No. 27 of 1960) for sub-section (1) the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:-
“(1) There shall be an industrial court for the state, consisting of the President and one or more members as the State Govt. may from time to time think fit to appoint.” |
