An Ordinance further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Niji Vishwavidyalaya (Sthapana Avam Sanchalan) Adhiniyam, 2007.
Whereas, the State Legislature is not in session and the Governor of Madhya Pradesh is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary for him to take immediate action;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 213 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Madhya Pradesh is pleased to promulgate the following Ordinance:—
Short title
1. This Ordinance may be called the Madhya Pradesh Niji Vishwavidyalaya (Sthapna Avam Sanchalan) Sanshodhan Adhyadesh, 2013.
Madhya Pradesh Act No. 17 of 2007 to be temporarily amended
2. During the period of operation of this Ordinance, the Madhya Pradesh Niji Vishwavidyalaya Sthapna Avam Sanchalan) Adhiniyam, 2007 (No. 17 of 2007) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act) shall have effect subject to the amendment specified in Section 3.
Amendment of Schedule
3. In Schedule to the principal Act, after serial number 11 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:—
