An Act further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Awam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam, 1993.
Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Sixty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
Short title
1. This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj (Dwitiya Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2013.
Amendment of Section 61-F
2. In Section 61-F of the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam, 1993 (No. 1 of 1994). sub-sections (1), 2) and (3) shall be renumbered as sub-sections (2), (3) and (4) respectively and before sub-section (2) as so renumbered, the following new sub-section shall be inserted, namely:—
“(1) The Registrars and Sub-Registrars appointed under Section 6 of the Registration Act, 1908 (No. 16 of 1908) shall, at the end of every month, communicate details of all transfers or agreements to transfer of plots or houses in the Gram Panchayat area to the prescribed authority in such manner as may be prescribed.”. |
