Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Sixty-fourth year of the Republic of India as follows:— Short title 1. This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Uchcha Nyayalaya Khand Nyayapeeth Ko Appeal) Sanshodhan Adhiniyam, 2013. Amendment of Section 2 2. In Section 2 of the Madhya Pradesh Uchcha Nyayalaya (Khand Nyayapeeth Ko Appeal) Adhiniyam, 2005 (No. 14 of 2006), in sub-section (2), for the figure and word “45 days”, wherever they occur, the figure and word “90 days” shall be substituted. |
