CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE (AMENDMENT) AMENDING ACT, 2006 No. 25 OF 2006 [2nd June, 2006.] An Act further to amend the Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Act, 2005. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:- Short title:- 1. This Act may be called the Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Amending Act, 2006. Amendment of section 1 of Act 25 of 2005:- 2. In the Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Act, 2005, in section 1, in sub-section (2), after the words “by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint”, the words, “and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act” shall be inserted. |
