THE REPATRIATION OF PRISONERS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2011 (No. 6 OF 2011) [1st April, 2011] An Act to amend the Repatriation of Prisoners Act, 2003. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:- Short title:- 1. This Act may be called the Repatriation of Prisoners (Amendment) Act, 2011. Amendment of section 5 of Act 49 of 2003:- 2. In the Repatriation of Prisoners Act, 2003, in section 5, in sub-section (2), in clause (c), for the words “martial law”, the words “military law” shall be substituted. |
