DELHI SPECIAL POLICE ESTABLISHMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2006 MINISTRY OF LAW AND JUSTICE (Legislative Department) New Delhi, the 7th April, 2006/Vaisakha 17, 1928 (Saka) The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President on the 6th April, 2006, and is hereby published for general information:— DELHI SPECIAL POLICE ESTABLISHMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2006 No. 20 OF 2006 [6th April, 2006.] An Act further to amend the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:— Short title 1. This Act may be called the Delhi Special Police Establishment (Amendment) Act, 2006. 2. In section 4A of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946, in sub-section (1), for clause (d), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:— “(d) the Secretary to the Government of India in charge of the Ministry or Department of the Central Government having a administrative control of the Delhi Special Police Establishment-Member.”. |
