MINISTRY OF LAW AND JUSTICE (Legislative Department) New Delhi, the 31st May, 2012/Jyaistha 10, 1934 (Saka) The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President on the 31st May, 2012, and is hereby published for general information:- CONSTITUTION (SCHEDULED TRIBES) ORDER (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2012 No. 24 of 2012 [31st May, 2012] An Act further to amend the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950 to modify the list of Scheduled Tribes in the State of Karnataka. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:- Short title:- 1. This Act may be called the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order (Amendment) Act, 2012. Amendment of Part VI of Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950:- 2.
