An Act to repeal the Sugarcane Control (Additional Powers) Act, 1962.
Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Sugarcane Control (Additional Powers) Repeal Act, 2000.
Repeal of Act 39 of 1962.
2. The Sugarcane Control (Additional Powers) Act, 1962 is hereby repealed. |
