Short title and commencement:- 1. (1) This Act may be called the Gujarat Sales Tax (Amendment) Act, 2001. (2) It shall come into force on the 1st April, 2001. Amendment of section 4-A of Gujarat 1 of 1970:- 2. In the Gujarat Sales Tax Act, 1969, in section 4A, in sub-section (1), for the words “one year”, the words “two years” shall be substituted. |
