An Act further to amend the Gujarat State Guarantees Act, 1963.
It is hereby enacted in the Fifteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
Short title
1. This Act may be called the Gujarat State Guarantees (Amendment) Act, 1964.
Amendment of section 2 of Guj. XXII of 1963
2. In sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Gujarat State Guarantees Act, 1963, for the letters and figures “Rs. 1,00,00,00,000” the letters and figures “Rs.1,75,00,00,000” shall be substituted. |
