An Act to repeal the West Bengal Gramdan Act, 1964.
WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the West Bengal Gramdan Act, 1964;
It is hereby enacted in the Thirtieth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows: -
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Gramdan (Repealing) Act, 1979.
Repeal of West Ben. Act XXVII of 1964.
2. The West Bengal Gramdan Act, 1964 is hereby repealed. |
