THE BIHAR COMBINED ENTRANCE COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2013
An Act to amend the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Act 1995 (Bihar Act 15, 1995)
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Bihar in the Sixty Fourth year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1. Short Title, Extent and Commencement.—
(1) This Act may be called The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (Amendment) Act, 2013.
(2) It shall extend to the whole of State of Bihar.
(3) It shall come into force with immediate effect.
2. Amendment in Section 3 of the Bihar Act 15, 1995.—
The following proviso shall be added after section 3(1) of the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Act, 1995:-
"Provided that in special circumstances, the State Government may take decision to take separate examination from the Combined Entrance Competitive Examination for entry to the first year of graduate level of a particular course." |
